Community

Starke County not only offers the wholesomeness of hometown living with its varied activities and values but is within easy distance of Chicago Downtown. Chicago is 90 minutes by automobile - or easily accessible via the Chicago, South Shore and South Bend Railroad (South Shore). Starke County also offers beach front living on Bass Lake and Koontz Lake as well as fishing on these and others. Beautiful golf courses such as Chesapeake Run, Bass Lake, and Hamlet offer that time for networking. Indiana State Parks offer outdoor activities ranging from an all-winter toboggan slide at Pokagon State Park to family cabins at Potato Creek State Park. Starke County is simply the perfect place to raise a family and grow your business.
